BothOff

Tap any day to override it — shift swaps happen.

Add to your calendar

Download an .ics file and import it into Google, Apple or Outlook calendar. One year of shifts, off days skipped.

How to import an .ics file
Google Calendar: On a computer, open calendar.google.com → gear icon → Settings → “Import & export” → select the file. Tip: first create a new calendar (e.g. “My shifts”) and import into it — when your rotation changes, delete that calendar and re-import a fresh file.
Apple Calendar: Open the .ics file (AirDrop or email it to your phone) and choose which calendar to add it to.
Outlook: File → Open & Export → Import/Export → “Import an iCalendar (.ics) file”.
When your rotation changes: delete the old imported calendar, come back here (your setup is saved), adjust, and download a fresh file.

Everything you set up is encoded in the link itself. Send it — they'll see the same calendar. No account needed, nothing stored on any server.

Override this one day — for a swap, overtime or extra day off. It won't change your rotation.
